Return & Refund Policy

At BBQ Grills Online, we provide fast affordable standard shipping.

Freight deliveries can vary depending on the origination of the shipment and distance to the destination. Delays are always possible and all processing and delivery figures are estimates.

Damages: All merchandise delivered via freight must be inspected for damage before you accept the item from the freight carrier.  If there is damage to the unit, you should refuse the delivery.  Items shipped ground should also be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.  It is very difficult to file “concealed damage” claims with shipping companies and freight carriers.  Damaged goods should be refused, and any damage to packaging should be noted on the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading for any freight shipments.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are accepted as well.

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the item must be New or can be slightly used. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free.

REFUND

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started.

If your order arrived damaged, “Damages” section applies. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.  All refunds will be issued to the credit card or bank account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at our warehouse.
